GhostLM is only for users 16 or older. If you're under 18, please use GhostLM responsibly and with care.

2. Your Responsibilities

Don't use GhostLM for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.

Don't try to hack, overload, or mess with our systems or the upstream AI providers.

You're responsible for all content and prompts you send using GhostLM.

3. Content & AI Results

AI responses are provided by external providers (via OpenRouter).

We can't guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or reliability of any output.

We are not responsible for harm, offense, or consequences resulting from AI outputs.

Providers may enforce their own safety/moderation standards.

4. Account & Access

We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms or use GhostLM for abuse or illegal purposes.

If you request account deletion, we will process this within a reasonable timeframe (3-5 business days).

5. Premium Features & Payments

Subscriptions and payments are handled by Lemonsqueezy. We do not store your payment information.

All sales are final. No automatic refunds, unless required by law.

6. Data & Privacy

Your chats and prompts stay local—see our Privacy Policy for details.

Only essential account, subscription, and analytics data is stored, as outlined above.

7. Service Limitations

GhostLM is provided as is, with no guarantee of uptime, reliability, or fitness for any purpose.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Future Features & Cloud Sync

If you use any future cloud sync features (e.g., iCloud), your data will be stored under that provider's responsibility and terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use means you accept the latest version.
